What is Sky Gift?
Sky Gift is a collaborative merch box project featuring the artwork of 15+ artists, based around the second installment of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series, Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky. Our merch box contains a variety of goods from common artist alley merchandise, to some specialty goods that our mods have gone to great lengths to source! 

When will orders be shipped?
We are currently in the preorder phase of the project, which runs from Feb 22 to March 31st. After preorders conclude, we will start production, which is expected to take 3-4 months. Shipping is expected to start in July or August. 

Can I see what emotes are in the digital package/ what additional digital goods are included? 
Emotes will be revealed on our social media over the course of the preorder period! Some digital items are still WIP at this time. 

Can I cancel my order?
We will accept cancellations made within one week of the order date, as long as preorders are still open. Once preorders close, all sales are final. Returns will not be accepted for preorder items. 

If I move before items are shipped, can I change my address? 
Yup yup! Address change forms will be emailed about two weeks before we start shipping. Please pay attention to your email, and submit the form before the deadline if you need an address change! Sky Gift will not be responsible for lost packages due to buyers' neglect to inform us of address changes before the deadline.

I missed the preorder period! Will there be leftover sales?
Yup yup! Leftover sales will take place approximately 1-1.5 months after preorders have shipped. 

Is it possible to just buy one of the items in the box?
Not at this time. Merch a la carte options will be available in very limited quantity during leftover sales.
