Terms & Conditions

By making a purchase, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions regardless of whether you have read them or not.

1.) All items on this shop are pre-order items and are expected to take at least 3-4 months to produce after pre-orders close. Digital goods will be emailed to customers after physical orders have been shipped. 
—> Shipping times are subject to change. Please follow our social media for updates!
—> Item details may change between current preorder mockups and final product. 
2.) We are not responsible for any customs or import fees.
3.) No cancellations will be accepted after the preorder period. No returns will be accepted. 
4.) Orders to Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus cannot be shipped to directly from our shipping mod in the US and will make a stop with our mod in Spain. Shipping to these countries will cost more due to VAT and the second leg of international shipping. 
5.) Additionally, we may not be able to ship to the following suspended countries (subject to change): https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm 

Shipping and Refund Policy:
Sky Gift Project will be liable for the following circumstances:
- Faulty or missing items due to moderator error. (i.e. wrong address on package, items damaged before shipping, missing item, etc)
 –> Please record your unboxing video to prove you received a faulty product. We cannot issue a refund or replacement without proof.
 –> Please let us know if you would prefer compensation in the form of replacement goods or a refund equal to the cost of the item. If sending replacement goods is not possible, we will issue a refund.
- Order unable to be delivered due to suspension of the shipping destination. We will process a full refund if the buyer is unable to provide a different shipping address. 
- If a lost package is returned to us intact, we may be able to ship out the package again if the buyer pays for the shipping.

Sky Gift Project will NOT be liable for the following circumstances:
- Order lost to buyer error (i.e. wrong/misformatted address, failure to pay VAT/customs, stolen package, etc) 
- Order damaged or destroyed due to courier mishandling.

Group Order Policy:
- A group order (GO) is defined as an order of 6 or more bundles. Please contact us through email to order, as our shipping rate calculator doesn't work for larger orders. 
- Sky Gift Project will not be responsible for any order mistakes due to GO manager mishandling. We will not be looking at individual order information, and will not be responsible for the items after they arrive with the GO manager. Please vet your GO manager or order from us directly.
